Our Story
At BOE Designs, we are passionate about creating building plans that help people and businesses succeed. Based in Michigan, our journey began in 2018 when Kevin Fisher began a career as a CAD/BIM designer. While working with an Architecture firm on home design and remodeling projects, he realized the benefits of high-quality, affordable design services. By providing accurate 2D and 3D building plans, we are dedicated to helping property owners and building professionals create detailed blueprints to visualize their new and remodeled spaces.
Our Approach
We believe that a successful project begins in the early phase of planning. That’s why we take a collaborative approach, working closely with property owners and/or building professionals to understand their needs and goals. Whether it is a new build or a renovation, our objective is to help you visualize your space and document it accurately. By creating your as-built existing and/or proposed floor plan conditions accurately, your team can make informed decisions in the planning phase and focus on design and construction with confidence.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of computer-aided design services to create your building plans for existing and/or proposed conditions. For renovations, we will draft your existing as-built conditions and your new proposed changes. For new builds, we will work with your building professionals to create your proposed plans. Don't need full plans? We also offer partial plan support to meet whatever needs you have. Our overall goal is to drive creativity in the early planning stages with a service that focuses on accurate plans and real-time visualizations.
