Kevin and Becca moved to Mattawan, Michigan in 2006.  Married the same year, they soon started a family and currently have two teenagers and two dogs.  Kevin trained under and continues to work on home building and remodeling projects with Current Architects and Associates (CA), Home - Current Architects.  He started BOE Designs to extend his services to more people, especially in Michigan. That new purpose is named for his family, an acronym of their initials, besides the dogs ;). 

Before settling in Michigan, Kevin earned a B.S. from Indiana University and worked in the ski resort industry in Colorado, where he was born.  Both he and Becca were raised in Muncie, Indiana.  Becca holds a B.S. from Ball State University and is currently an Account Manager at Actalent Sciences.

BOE Designs provides a range of computer-aided design (CAD) services designed to assist professionals and property owners in optimizing their upcoming projects. Our offerings include 2D and 3D modeling for both existing and proposed building plans utilizing Revit, a sophisticated building information modeling (BIM) software. Upon request, we can also employ Twinmotion or Enscape, which are advanced 3D visualization tools, to produce precise plans that facilitate the pre-construction design process of your next project.

When as-built plans are required, they can be generated by referring to existing building plans or by conducting on-site measurements. Additionally, if the property has been scanned using 3D cameras, such as Matterport, we possess the expertise to enhance the precision and detail of those resulting CAD files.

Whether the project is big or small, we work closely with our clients to create custom, high-quality plans that meet their unique needs and goals.  More specifically, we can provide the following services for new and/or existing building plans in Revit:

No, we are a BIM design firm that specializes in building plans.  We recommend that all structural design specifications be validated by a licensed builder, engineer, or another qualified professional within the AEC industry.
